Main activities

In order to develop inspection technicians with sufficient knowledge of the inspection and repair of medial equipment for the purpose of ensuring the safety of equipment related to diagnostic imaging systems, including medical radiological equipment used in hospitals and clinics, maintaining performance, and reducing medical radiation exposure, the Medical Radiation Facilities Safety Administration Center

  • offers qualification training courses regularly, and
  • grants the Medical Radiological Equipment Inspection Technician Certificate and the Medical Radiological Equipment Inspection Technician License Card to those who passed.

The Center also

  • delivers its own journal MRC Information to those who passed twice a year to provide information related to new technologies and laws and regulations, and
  • makes sure that inspection technicians participate in a registration renewal course every three years to maintain and improve their skills.
